Dear WOMR family.....
I was just getting my mid-day NPR "news update"....huddled around my
battery radio in yurtland.....when "what to my wondering ears should
appear"....an over-the-air "invite" to WCAI/WNAN's Pub
night....5:30-7:30 Thursday March 29th...TONIGHT...at the Wicked
Oyster in Wellfleet...
Watch a wooden sail boat being built 
(Directions: take the left or right into town at the lights....the
"wicked" is on yr right...hmmmm maybe 100yds off of rt.6).
I/we have often thought that it would be "fun" to have a personal
connection with the NPR station....that seems "to me" to be doing the
CAPE and Islands version of their kinda radio....RIGHT!!!! I appreciate
their service to the Cape and Islands...and welcome the chance to tell
'em so!!!...Aaaaand...they're coming to US !!!!
I'm gonna be there...'twould be fun to have some 'OMR family to join
in....as listeners....neighbours...other radio folks "in the
neighborhood".....hope to see some...or MANY of us there.....
