In the middle sits Joan Yakkey, the Director of this Ensemble and of many other groups that came before it. Joan is retired from the famous Music Conservatory Luigi Cherubini in Florence, Italy but one wouldn't know it from the concerts she's producing. These pages tell part of the story.
