Victoria Payton is a young woman in Washington DC who played a small harp on the street. That is until she graduated to gigs inside. I would say her music is new age and I know she needed a better harp, even a big one. She was VERY talented. She made tapes after she moved inside and sold them after concerts. That's what one does. If one wants to eat and play music.

What happened to her? I have no idea. When I left DC she was headed to an African drumming class. she handed me a tape that I own to this day, 24 years ago.

I can tell you what happened to me. While I was in DC and listening to Victoria, I wrote a piece of music, the music that's playing now, Victoria's Harp. Victoria was flattered.
