Penelope Foran said, "It was very very hot and we had to hold up this clothesline of peace flags, and walk, and sing, and I kept running out of breath. Disapointing too, because less people showed up, other than grannies, than the year before. But all the octegenarians made it to the finish line.

What promises to be more interesting is that we will sing at the 8/20 meeting of the City Council here in Albuquerque asking them to endorse a resolution to get out of Iraq."
